Class Description
In the mood for a refreshing approach to ballet? The barre focuses on clarity and placement, while the center work becomes more choreographic, with musicality as a major factor. Complete with lyrical port de bras, traveling waltzes and hard-core allegro, Raquel infuses her personal taste in music with her love of ballet, including hip hop, grunge, techno and more. The class aims to prepare dancers for whatever their day ahead entails while playfully challenging the boundaries of the sometimes rigid art-form. Suited for classical and contemporary dancers. Come let your inner gangster out!
