Also known as Barre au sol, Floorbarre is the ideal full body workout for dancers, but also non-dancers, to align the body properly. All exercises are performed on the floor and thus give a better feel and understanding of proper posture. The work on the floor is also very joint-friendly, provides a lean musculature and stretches the body. As a former professional ballet dancer and today photographer I teach Floorbarre with passion. It provides among other things for physical well-being and a top shape in dance or in everyday life;-)
