Contemporary for teens with Tamara Brücken
On this course, children and teenagers come into contact with various elements of contemporary dance. Standing, floor and movement exercises develop coordination, flexibility and a feel for rhythm. Improvisation and the composition of short movement sequences are also part of this class. There are regular performances, the themes of which are developed together on the course so that the children’s own ideas and suggestions provide the basis for the dance pieces they present.
Contemporary for teens with Anne Poncet
Lessons with Anne Poncet cover both the traditional stylised language of movement and the search for new forms of contemporary ballet. Through rhythmic and spatial exercises, short choreographies and free improvisation, the lessons aim to stimulate and develop body control, coordination, expressiveness and creativity.
