Louis Stiens trained at the Heinz Bosl Foundation in Munich and the John Cranko School in Stuttgart. He danced with the Stuttgart Ballet from 2011 to 2022 as a demi soloist.

Alongside his performing career, he developed his choreographic work early on, gaining recognition with his solo Mäuse(2010), which won first prize at the BEO Competition. He also works across theatre, opera, and musical productions.

class description

This ballet class is designed for professional dancers to maintain their practice and further develop their technique.

The focus lies on musicality and dynamics, approached through a concentrated yet playful use of classical ballet vocabulary. Barre and centre work connect coordination, timing, and expressive range.

The class activates the body and sharpens the senses, bringing energy and presence into the day.
