Class description

My training “The Sensory Mass” is about working with the senses, the physical body, other people and the ground. It’s all about building greater softness and strength at the same time. Through sensory and physical layers I aim to reach an organic and strong flow that allows the dancers to feel safe while reaching virtuosity and pleasure in moving. In my classes we begin by working with the senses to create an organic and soft ascend towards the floor. We find ways to open up the muscle capacity and speed and eventually work on exercises that combine release and natural weight with acrobatic elements. Partnering elements are implemented if possible to add another layer of awareness and availability in the dancers bodies. The class is open to movers with various backgrounds, abilities and levels of education.
