Class description Ballet for Teens
Classical ballet is a perfect supplement to modern dance training, fostering physical flexibility and concentration. Corresponding to the age, the participants are introduced to classical ballet. They learn to carry out very precise and correct movements, gaining flexibility, musicality and fluidity.
Contemporary Dance for Teens
Lessons with Anne Poncet cover both the traditional stylised language of movement and the search for new forms of contemporary ballet. Through rhythmic and spatial exercises, short choreographies and free improvisation, the lessons aim to stimulate and develop body control, coordination, expressiveness and creativity.
