An embodied exploration for all bodies.
“Move like Honey” is a movement workshop inviting all bodies to explore the muscular system through fluidity, texture, and dynamic quality. Together, we will investigate the muscles in relationship to the skin, fascia and skeletal — sensing tension, release, and the liquidity that softens and nourishes our movement.
We will explore how fluidity can support clear choice-making, leading to distinct forms, gestures, and compositional awareness within improvisation. How can flow transform into articulation, clarity, and intention without losing its richness?
Through guided research and improvisational tasks, we will journey through the landscapes of the body, moving with both softness and precision, allowing our movements to be both wild and deliberate.
Open to all bodies, all experiences.
