These sessions are conceived as a dedicated space and time for deeper movement research. They offer the possibility to slow down and to dive more thoroughly into questions, principles, and material that also appear in my regular classes—but here with more time to investigate, unfold, and refine them.
The sessions are an open space for movement exploration, unfolding through somatic work, improvisation, and more structured movement principles. We will spend time investigating how we move and where it comes from, how we make choices in movement, how we sharpen certain qualities and how our personal movement vocabulary can become clearer, richer, and more available. There is time to listen closely, to get specific, to deepen details—and also to challenge habits and open new possibilities.
An additional focus of the sessions lies on musicality in movement composition: exploring how movement relates to rhythm, timing, dynamics, phrasing, and silence.

Drop-ins are possible—though it is recommended to join both sessions.
