About the Workshop

The workshop will consist of guided improvisation and exercises following specific tasks by using images to create accessible tasks. We will be exploring the possibilities of one’s own physicality in a playful way and experiment with different ways to connect to movement. Sometimes it might be technical and at other times we might get inspired by the free and instinctive ways of animals moving. Even working with cartoons can be a starting point to dive into the joy of moving and discover a broad range of movement qualities. By learning short phrases we try to embody everything we practice during the improvisation. During the workshop we will challenge ourselves to explore, move and groove!
