marameo SUMMER RESIDENCY

We’re calling all dance artists to apply for two weeks of studio space between August 8–22nd with a final showing of the outcome on August 22nd as part of our closing event for the Summer Program.

In August we are offering two weeks of 4-5 hours of studio space per day in our small studio (plus one or two additional slots in our big studio) for one choreographer/ dance artist or collective as well as porfessional video documentation of the final performance.

Application Process via Email:

Please send your CV, a short letter of intent/ sketch of your project answering the qeustions below plus a short reel/ video of your choreographic work along with your answers to the following questions below to post@marameo.de latest until May 31st. (The project description and answered questions shouldn’t exceed one DinA4 page.)

• Why is this residency important to you right now?
• What is your choreographic approach?
• What is your concept for this residency?
