Balance is a conversation between movement and stillness that is endlessly rediscovered. In this workshop, we will dance at the edge of stability, exploring how risk can become a pathway to deeper trust, how falling can be an invitation to flow, and how resilience emerges through listening and adaptability.

Through the subtle language of touch, weight, momentum and support we will tune into the shifting landscape of balance—learning to yield, suspend, fall, and rise with awareness. We will play with the thresholds of trust, sensing how the body adapts and responds in motion. By softening effort and expanding perception, we invite the possibility of moving with more freedom, fluidity, and connection.

This is an invitation to dance at the edge—where gravity becomes a collaborator, where falling is just another way to fly, and where resilience is not about holding on, but about letting go with presence. Step into the unknown, listen with your whole body, and discover new possibilities.
