The yoga class starts with a calm ritual. With the exercises known as Asana we will gradually get to know many yoga positions. In addition to the probably best-known sequence, the “Sun Salutation”, we will practice and get acquainted with further sequences as soon as the positions have been internalized. The focused practice, the constant balancing in unfamiliar positions, the mindfulness of oneself and others as well as the joy of achieving complex sequences are essential elements of our practice. With a longer savasana, a relaxation, the yoga class ends.
