The class with Paula is aimed at all children and young people who want to experience dance together, be creative and get moving musically. Body awareness, the flow of movement and coordination are trained and everyone can join in and discover new skills within the scope of their own abilities.
The class will consist of some technical exercises, but will also offer free movement tasks that can be performed in a variety of ways. Paula will bring her artistic experience in the inclusive dance field to the class and respond as well as possible to individual needs.
