Class Description

The approach of my ballet class is to find the joy in dancing whilst improving  yourself. To become the best version of ourselves _(Technique? Way of thinking?)_ The barre starts slow and has a simple set up to find your center. We move onto center exercises and start building onto what we have worked on at the barre, we expand on our technique when moving through the space. For jumps we begin with simple small jumps to prepare our bodies to jump faster and higher. I encourage dancers to use space and go beyond their limits and most importantly enjoy dancing whilst working on themselves.
