Class Description

The focus of my class begins at the barre, where we work to build the body efficiently from an anatomical perspective using Pilates principles of flow, generous breathing, and core-driven movement. Bringing this into the center work, developing those ideas to focus on dynamic, multi-dimensional, and rhythmical movement with added energy and individual expression.
