Class Description

The class starts with simple combinations at the barre. It focuses on bringing awareness to the body and textures of movement, then moves on to center combinations with more dynamics and flow. The class uses the ballet technique to find the efficiency and natural intelligence of the body, encouraging self-trust and risk taking.
