Class Description

These classes are dedicated to develop our CI skills and improvisation tools, through play with individual paths and shared experiences. We will explore CI fundamentals in solo and group improvisation, with specific focus for each class – working with the floor as a partner, touch as a starting point for movement, experiencing weight and lightness throuhg activity and letting go. At the same time we will combine physical action with work with attention and observation.
Starting each class with specific exercises, we will continue with their variations and somatic research.
