Class Description

Using the structure of a traditional ballet class and the anatomical concepts of ballet technique, I aim to offer a learning space for acquiring an individual approach to this technique. At the barre, I focus on correct alignment and the use of breath and musicality to increase coordination and dynamics. It is important to me to find an individual feeling in the movement itself and to establish a balance between control and a sense of trust. The second part of the class focuses on establishing dynamic exercises that enable the dancer to carry the preparatory exercises from the barre into the center.
