Bio
Berlin-based Dance and Feldenkrais Method teacher known for his ability to guide dancers to move with more ease, clarity, and creativity. His teaching blends contemporary dance, physical theater, Capoeira, Contact, and the Feldenkrais Method to support greater coordination, body awareness, and movement efficiency. Trained at top programs including SADNA Dance School (Israel), KCDC, and PERFORMACT (Portugal), Adi later became a certified Feldenkrais teacher through the Ann Arbor Program in the U.S., studying with David Zemach and Raz Ori. He is also a certified Social worker specializing in trauma and stress management, which gives his classes a grounded, attentive quality — without losing the joy and challenge of physical exploration. Adi’s classes are highly physical, yet deeply intelligent. Dancers can expect playful sequences, technical precision, and somatic tools that unlock new movement possibilities. His workshops across Europe offer dancers a space to refine their technique while reconnecting to what makes movement feel meaningful.
Class Description
Member Special: The Intelligence of Movement
Open Level
How well do you understand the role of crawling in how you move today?
Crawling is one of the earliest and most essential patterns we learn — but how often do we revisit it as adults?
Through guided movement sequences and playful exploration, we’ll examine the deeper mechanics and intelligence within crawling:
–> how it organizes the relationship between head, spine, limbs, and eyes;
–> how it sharpens timing and direction;
–> and how it lays the groundwork for walking, dancing, running, and even resting.
Drawing from principles of the Feldenkrais Method, Capoeira, and contemporary dance, the class helps participants reduce unnecessary effort and find more clarity, balance, and responsiveness in both everyday and expressive movement. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body’s internal map — and a new appreciation for the intelligence of crawling.
Open to all curious movers.
No prior experience needed — just a willingness to explore how movement begins, and how it can evolve.
Dancer Training: Refining the Invisible in Dance
How can a dancer move with clarity and presence without being aware of how they organize themselves in motion?
This physical class explores the often-invisible layers beneath movement — habits, perceptions, and patterns that shape how we dance.
By bringing awareness to these subtle dimensions, dancers can reduce unnecessary effort and discover greater ease, creativity, and coordination in their movement.
Drawing from Capoeira, contemporary dance, and principles of the Feldenkrais Method, the class invites the whole nervous system to participate.
The focus is on refining quality over quantity — moving smarter, not harder.
As movement quality improves, larger and more dynamic actions become lighter and more fluid.
Dancers develop clearer orientation, sharper timing, and greater adaptability — leading to movement that feels not only more effective, but also more enjoyable.
Each session includes sequences and technical guidance, with attention to principles like gravity, rhythm, momentum, and how we relate to space.
