Kursbeschreibung

I propose a technical class to explore verticality and the movement on the floor using principles from Limón, Release and Flying Low techniques. Become aware of the suspension and fluid succession of movement using energy and anatomy efficiently. Work on the alignment, concentration and expansion, spirals, breathing, dynamics and music. All this always looking for organicity and trying to merge body, mind and emotion.
