Workshop
Exploring fluid strength through grounded, organic and rhythmical movement.
In this workshop, we explore fluid strength, grounded mobility, and seamless transitions between floor and standing work. The class begins with mobility and alignment principles and guided improvisation to awaken movement and breath, gradually building into dynamic phrases that travel through space.
Participants will experience a balance between structure and freedom, combining clear physical tools with personal exploration.
Each day will be divided between movement research and repertoire from my work and the Lamalo Dance Company. The focus is on efficiency, weight transfer, spirals, and organic coordination.
Participants may leave with a deeper connection to their body, a sense of flow, and practical tools to move with clarity and softness at the same time, alongside a deeper insight into my choreographic research and material.
Jérémy Alberge
Jérémy Alberge is a French dancer and choreographer, and the founder of Lamalo Dance Company.
