Irina Spaar

Irina Spaar studied at the Staatlichen Ballettschule Berlin, at balance 1 and at Dance Space (New York) and has danced in various commercial and contemporary dance productions.

Since 2001, she has been teaching jazz and modern jazz in several dance studios in Berlin (Grunewald Tanzstudio, D!'s, Dancepoint, Ballett Centrum Berlin) and has choreographed musicals as well as contemporary pieces in the context of the "Dubdaens Project".

Her class is influenced by a technique developed by Lynn Simonson that brings together elements of ballet, jazz and modern dance.
