We'd like to take the opportunity presented by this magical time of transition to express our gratitude and appreciation. We want to thank all the dancers, young and old, who danced with us morning, noon and night, seven days a week, all year long!

What with moving out and then moving back in again, we haven't always made it easy for you this year. Our determination to improve EVERYTHING created numerous dust clouds as well as a certain amount of chaos and meant that the room temperature became somewhat capricious in its variability! It is your inspiring enthusiasm for dance and your trust in us that keeps the hall doors (almost) continually open and makes it possible for us to offer courses with the best instructors around.

But let's get down to brass tacks…

Marameo rotates: Things are always changing at Marameo: there are just so many amazing teachers and exciting dance forms! So we keep Thursday evening free for courses that change every couple of months. From 8th January – 12th March, Ruth Sherman will lead a performance project course. Advance registration is required.

Showing: on 14th and 15th March, the participants in the evening courses given by An Boekman, Kelvin O'Hardy, Garnet Hennig and Ruth Sherman will present the fruit of all their hard work in the Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg. Our younger dancers will have their chance to star in the same theatre on 20th June 2015!

Something Special: the "International Dance Competition Expression 2015" will take place in Florence from 28th February - 1st March. One of the prestigious prizes on offer is a scholarship to train for several months at Marameo and we will have the great honour and pleasure of being represented on the jury!

We wish you a wonderful new year and look forward to seeing you very soon!

Willkommen, Bienvenue, Welcome…
